Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Ocean Jewelry Store), cannot be accepted for return.
Returns made in packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
To return a jewelry item, follow our three-step process (4 steps in case of exchange):

Include all original packaging and collateral material. Please ensure that you package your item securely and safely to avoid damage in transit.

All returns must be sent by United States Postal Service or Canada Post, only. We cannot receive packages that are sent by any other courier, including Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT.

If you need to exchange your order for another item or a different size, it’s no problem returning it. The cost to ship a new item out to you is $35.
