The necklace is really lovely and came in an attractive presentation box. Unfortunately I had a nasty shock of having to pay £51.21 in duties, taxes and fees. This was not clear at all when I placed the order and I’ve never had to pay such duties from Dublin to the Isle of Man before from other retailers. This should have been made clear and collected at the time of purchase. It’s roughly a third of what I paid for the necklace. Ocean haven’t responded to my emails which is very disappointing
I would have liked to purchase more items.
